  Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. Your relationship is with Hooleon and no one else has a right to that information except what is needed to process your order.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Hooleon website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Credit/Debit Card Information

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

 

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties, nor do we use them ourselves to send you unwanted email.

 

Finally, we never do or will use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

What are referral #'s and how are they used:

We use referral numbers to offer you discount prices and savings coupons. They may be for a first time customer, a special discount issued to an existing customer, a special promotion for "bloggers" or forum users, or to help special interest groups. They are issued by us, or one of our authorized associates.

To use the Referral # go to the Store Front and in the top left hand corner enter your Referral # in the place provided and select "submit". Then sign in below, or create a new account if you are a new customer. At check out time your discount saving coupon amount will be deducted from your order.

Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to ship unless you use PayPal, then payment is made at the time the order is taken.

We don't rip you off with shipping and handling charges! We charge only $3 per order above the cost of the items you purchased, this to cover the cost of shipping materials and the labor to pack the items. Quite a bargain in today's world!

During your checkout selection of the "Method of Shipping", your information is taken directly to the USPS or UPS website where they calculate your country and address code, and calculate what their charges will be. The figure you see alongside includes our $3 handling and the carrier's shipping cost.

NOTICE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• The shipping rates you see DO NOT include any unusual duties, taxes, or other customs brokerage charges some countries impose. Hooleon is not responsible for these destination charges.

• If you are not already familiar with your countries charges, we encourage you to visit the Trade Information Center website to see the export information and contacts for your country  The Website is >http://web.ita.doc.gov

• Many of these Customs or Entry fees may be included in the shippers charge when they know what those charges are going to be. That will make the shipping cost seem unusually high. The price can differ with the method of shipping and time involved to get your order through Customs. While this is becoming less of an issue it still can happen. Solution, try using different shipping options until you receive results that satisfy you.

• On international orders, the faster delivery method you use the higher the cost can be, but there are other things to consider.  Example, an order going to Canada using USPS First Class Mail can take up to 3-4 weeks, much longer than UPS Ground 3-4 days. Not only does the Postal service take 2-3 times longer, there is no way to track your order if it gets lost therefore, we are unable to replace lost merchandise. Whereas with UPS you / or we can track the order and it's insured if lost.

 Hooleon's Shopping Cart uses cookies, which have been used controversially by some Web sites to obtain marketing information witout the visitor’s knowledge. The shopping cart uses cookies only so that your shopping cart can be remembered between visits, of up to five weeks apart (This allows you to partly finish an order, leave and come back up to five weeks later and not have to re-enter information again).  No other information is used in the cookie for any purpose for anyone. Customers and Web site administrators may verify this with any of the popular ‘cookie administration’ programs currently available on the market. Under no circumstance can a cookie load or execute a virus on your system, nor can it read and send files or data through the Internet. You must have cookies enabled on your browser to use our cart. If you attempt to use the cart without cookies enabled, a variety of strange activities could ensue. It is likely you will be unable to check out if you are not using a cookie-enabled browser.
